I hope you are using w3schools.com for learning too
Also it would be better if you used a background image with fixed atrribute then just use a color background, it doesnt look that good.
And about your "BACK TO THE TOP!!" you should use "link within page" redirection instead of "index.html" redirection, read this about it Links : Link Within a Page - HTML Tutorial (http://www.echoecho.com/htmllinks08.htm)
This will do that if you click on it it will "redirect" you to the part on the same page you want it to "redirect"
Also start learning css if you havent now, so you can "design" the page
I almost forgot, always use <!DOCTYPE html> before all the other tags in the start of every .html file so add it above the <html> etc

Ryuzaki nope, i just had a sight on 30% course of a paid course and this was the first time... i will improve thanks for your comment :) and what is the use of <!DOCTYPE html> ? Never seen it in the tuts!

forget some stupid udemy courses, just use w3schools, it will help you.
The doctype helps the browser to display the page correctly, you dont need use it, but if you want to create sites then all coders do it, it just isnt right to do it without it
