pinkmonroe i think you can sell your gift balance to someone.
There are / were ways to transfer amazon balance to another user. I think it was working with buying mp3 gifts or something similar i dont know.. Never used it.. Maybe they fixed that, but maybe it's still working, try to google a bit :)
