what do you mean treyfas ? you can simply sign up to => admob (https://apps.admob.com/admob/signup?hl=en)and start creating ads for your mobile app !!

I got suspended by admob due to invalid activity, even if I wasn't promoting my apps by a third party. I used only the aso to get installs.
I hope you know something to appeal this decision and reinstate my account.
