Need help about VPS + Clixsense

I just bought windows VPS in attempting to do survey online but when I tried to sign up on Clixsense I get error saying

" Access to this page has been denied.Proxy/VPN/VPS access is not allowed "


Can anyone share some method on how to sign up on Clixsense using US IP without getting this error

Go on youtube or google and check how to change IP in firefox or IE :) Use private proxy there :)
