Country Blocking

Hey, I´m here for a minute, and i want to ask a question about Website, or Coding (Plugins)

So, my question is:

Is there any "THING" which can do country blocking for Specific Country?

I mean, for those in that country who will be trying to visit my website, they will got message like " Your country isn´t allowed, to visit this website, make sure you aren´t using Proxies, VPN, etc. "

If it´s there any solution then tell me, i would be very happy.
(Please don´t say, Wordfence etc, you must buy these plugins)

Sure, normal script will work too. :) If not, i couldn´t put Google Ads etc. :)
