Now you will get ad code to place it into your site or blogger

Now create a blogger blog with fake posts anything you like but try to post any information ....
just copy it from the web and past it to blog... create 3-8 posts and place the ad code what you get before on the blog...
don't put more then 3 ad codes on one blog...

Now for the money part the site pay you every month on the 1st date.....
put your blog link on hitleap and earn.....

i use hitleap regular but i get paid last 2 month

Would hitleap premium help? Change the referrer. Also, is it possible to run this on multiple vps's? 100 vps's could rake you in at current rate, $400 usd a month.

i use ads4bux and xtendadvert, i earn daily $0.50/day with ads4bux, but, xtendadvert gives me just $0.05 and it shows less hits compared to ads4bux.
