you can create vps and sell them ( 8 vps for 30 days)
and you can buy sell your account

i mean, i haven't use my google free trial (haven't used my CC), so if someone want i can sell it (i go to your account and active the trial with my CC) or i activate with my mail and sell VPS like you said =)
