I'm Need Help - Countdown Time

I wanna make countdown time like this website : Bitcoin Faucet TK (http://bitcoinfaucet.tk). But, i don't know how to create that.
Can you create my a simple script?
When people enter the website the countdown time will automatic start [Request Coin Disabled].
Then, after the countdown time 0.
The Request coin will avaible for click.
