At first read the rules (https://a2s.in/bot-requests/731-bot-requesting-rules.html)
As you see it's not a bot which makes any profit, so i won't do it. I would only do it as a custom private bot which costs money. If it should be full autopilot, with error handling and captcha support i'd charge about 15$ and i doubt you will pay 15$ for something that simple.

If the bot should only visit proxy.org, enter the votelink, click go, click vote and repeat those steps, just do it with iMacros + manual captcha solving and you are done in a few minutes.
