URL Shortener/PTP/etc. for real traffic, with best CPM?

I have a lot of high quality traffic, and looking for a site, that pays well.
I'm using adf.ly (and some PTP with low $2 CPM) right now, the traffic is around 80% from USA, so it pays with ~$8 CPM.
But adf.ly's link can't be shortened via goo.gl, and people don't really want to click on that link, my goo.gl ones gets like 5 times more traffic.
Any good paying site that i can use in long term?
I'm using AdSense on my site, i want to promote a link, the website is monetized already.

They both have very low rates. I have an average $6 CPM at AdFly, don't want to go under that. Any PTP idea that has around the same rates as AdFly?
